To register an account and utilize PoloSMM services, you must satisfy the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account details.
• Single Account Rule: Users are permitted to maintain only one account per individual or entity. Creating duplicate accounts to abuse system features is prohibited.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding the credentials associated with your PoloSMM account, including your password.

• You agree to notify support immediately at support@polosmm.shop if you suspect unauthorized access or security breach.
• PoloSMM will not be held liable for any loss or unauthorized orders resulting from compromised user credentials.

PoloSMM provides automated Social Media Marketing (SMM) solutions, delivering promotional interactions (followers, likes, views, shares, saves) for supported social networks.

• Order Finality: Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is submitted automatically for processing and cannot be cancelled or edited.
• Estimated Speeds: Delivery speeds and start times are estimated averages, not guaranteed deadlines. Fluctuations occur based on supplier systems and platform updates.
• Duplicate Orders: Do not place concurrent duplicate orders for the same link until the first order is completed.

All orders on PoloSMM are paid per order in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay, our payment gateway.

• Supported Payment Methods: Razorpay Checkout supports UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, NetBanking, and Wallets.
• Server-Side Verification: Payments are verified via server-side HMAC-SHA256 signatures before orders are placed. Browser-side success callbacks alone are not treated as confirmation.
• No Chargeback Abuse: Initiating unauthorized payment disputes or fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account termination.

• Orders that fail at fulfillment or cannot be delivered by our automated system are eligible for refund/cancellation as outlined in our policy.
• Orders completed successfully or submitted with invalid/private links are not eligible for refunds.

We do not guarantee specific viral growth, sales conversions, or permanent retention of delivered promotional metrics. Third-party social networks may alter algorithms or clear inauthentic activity at their own discretion.

You agree to use PoloSMM exclusively for lawful promotional purposes. You agree NOT to:

• Submit links for content involving hate speech, illegal acts, harassment, or copyright infringement.
• Attempt automated scraping, system exploitation, or unauthorized attacks against our infrastructure.

The PoloSMM name, mascot logo, designs, and content are protected intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or mirror any part of our platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PoloSMM shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order is strictly limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
