polosmm ("we", "us", "our") is an individually-operated social media marketing (SMM) services platform available at polosmm.shop. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from users of the platform, why we collect it, and how it is used and protected.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only what's needed to operate your account and deliver the services you order:

Account information: your email address and a securely hashed password when you register.
Order information: the service you select, the link/target you provide for delivery, and the quantity ordered.
Payment/transaction information: the amount paid and identifiers returned by our payment processor, Razorpay (such as its order ID and payment ID). We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details ourselves — those are entered directly into Razorpay's own secure checkout and never pass through our servers.
Contact form submissions: your name, email, subject, and message if you contact us.
Technical information: standard session data (via a login cookie) needed to keep you signed in. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on the platform.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to create and maintain your account, process and fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your account or orders, respond to support requests, and detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform.

3. Account Security

Your password is hashed using scrypt (an industry-standard, salted hashing algorithm) before it is stored. We never store your password in plain text and do not have access to your original password.

4. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a licensed and RBI-regulated payment gateway. When you pay for an order, you are directed to Razorpay's own secure checkout. We receive confirmation of successful payment from Razorpay and verify it on our server before an order is fulfilled — we do not see or store your full card, UPI, or bank details at any point.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate the platform, we share the minimum necessary information with:

Razorpay (payment processing) — receives your order amount to process payment; see Razorpay's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Our upstream SMM service supplier — receives only the link/target and quantity needed to deliver your order (never your email, password, or payment details).

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

6. Cookies

We use one essential, httpOnly session cookie to keep you logged in and to make the platform function correctly. This cookie is required for the site to work and cannot be disabled while remaining logged in. We do not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including hashed passwords, parameterized database queries, and server-side verification of all payments before an order is fulfilled. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to resolve disputes, maintain accurate financial/order records, and comply with applicable law.

9. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details on our Contact page. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, subject to any records we are legally required to retain (for example, transaction records).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
